We would like to inform you that it has been very challenging to obtain the Director’s signature as they are currently stationed overseas. Given that these forms are primarily for internal purposes, we would appreciate your understanding and hope that you could accept the documents.

Please also note that these forms should ideally have been circulated before the signing of the financial statements. Since the financial statements have already been signed, we kindly request that this matter not delay the completion of the remaining reporting requirements. This is the only outstanding item before we can proceed with the ACRA submission.
